Dear Sir or Madam,
The Polish Agency for Investment and Trade, the Ministry of Development and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
of the Republic of Poland will organize a business mission to India (New Delhi) from 22-28 November 2017.
The mission coincides with a meeting of the Polish-Indian Joint Economic Commission, which will be attended
by the official delegation of the Polish government. We invite companies and institutions from the following
sectors to participate in the mission:
- machine-extractive, coal
- RES and green technologies
- IT / ICT, including startups and new technologies.
Departure is divided into 2 segments:
a) PLENARY MEETINGS + BUSINESS COMPLEX within 23-28.11.2017
b) BUSINESS COMPANION within 27-28.11.2017
and will be held on schedule:
As part of the business component of the mission, the India-India Business Forum will be held and B2B meetings
with Indian companies and institutions interested in business cooperation with Poland. (We will send you more
details, including a list of potential Indian callers, at a later date).
There is a possibility to take part in the tour in two variants:
- only business component
- business component and plenary
The organizers cover the costs of attending the Forum and arranging business meetings, on-the-spot transport
and preparation and release of information materials for Indian partners.
Costs: flight, accommodation, insurance, visas, meals, meals and expenses related to your stay in India are
self-employed.
